Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MakeMyFacelessVideo ("MMFV", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
These terms apply to free accounts, paid subscriptions, and trial users equally. We may update them — we'll email registered users at least 14 days before any material change.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One person, one account — sharing logins violates these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MMFV (16 in the EU/UK). If you're using MMFV on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind that company to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MMFV to create or distribute content that:
- Violates anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
- Depicts real people without their consent (deepfakes, impersonation)
- Contains CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits minors
- Harasses, defames, or incites violence against any individual or group
- Spreads medical, electoral, or financial misinformation
- Promotes regulated goods (firearms, controlled substances) in jurisdictions where prohibited
Your content & ownership
You own everything you generate with MMFV — scripts, voiceovers, visuals, final videos. We claim no copyright in your output.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, render, and deliver your content for the purpose of operating the service. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account.
You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any input material you upload (Reddit posts, blog text, audio for voice cloning).
AI-generated content
MMFV uses third-party AI models for text, voice, and image generation. AI output is not always accurate or appropriate — review before publishing.
We do not train our own models on your content or use your prompts to improve external models. Inputs are passed to vendors only as needed to fulfill your request.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically on the calendar date you subscribed. Cancel anytime from Settings — your plan stays active through the end of the billing period.
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, and select wallets. Prices are inclusive of GST for Indian customers; VAT is added at checkout for EU customers.
Refunds are available within 7 days of any charge if you've rendered fewer than 5 videos in that cycle. Email support@mmfv.com.
Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48h in advance on status.mmfv.com.
Render queues may be paused briefly during incidents. Time lost to incidents over 4h is credited to your account at 2× the affected duration.
Termination
You can close your account anytime from Settings → Account. We'll delete your videos, scripts, and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. Severe violations (CSAM, fraud) result in immediate termination.
Disclaimers & liability
MMFV is provided "as is". We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka — except where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
